What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the Training Fee for Third-Party Training. If Expense Reduction Analysts requires the franchisee or their management personnel to attend Third-Party Training, the franchisee must pay the applicable Training Fee for those attending.
In addition to covering the training fee, the franchisee is also responsible for all associated costs and expenses for themselves and any other required trainees attending the Third-Party Training. This would include expenses like travel, accommodation, and any other related costs incurred during the training period.
It is important to note that Expense Reduction Analysts retains the option to mandate Third-Party Training as part of Additional or Remedial Training after the franchisee's business has commenced operations. This means that franchisees should be prepared for potential ongoing training expenses beyond the initial Foundational Training Program. Understanding the scope and frequency of required Third-Party Training is crucial for budgeting and financial planning as a franchisee.
