Answer from 2025 FDD Document

In addition to the Foundational Training Program, You and any other management personnel of the Business will, at the Franchisor's option, be required to attend Third-Party Training.

If such Third-Party Training is required by the Franchisor, then You will be: (i) required to pay the applicable Training Fee for those that attend the Third-Party Training; and (ii) responsible for the costs and expenses associated with You and any other required trainees attending such training.

Once Your ERA Business is open and has commenced operations, the Franchisor will have the right to make Third-Party Training part of any Additional Training or Remedial Training that the Franchisor may require under Section 12.2 of this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Expense Reduction Analysts requires you or your management personnel to attend Third-Party Training, you are responsible for the applicable training fees and all associated costs and expenses. This includes travel, accommodation, and any other related expenditures for yourself and any other required trainees.

This means that as an Expense Reduction Analysts franchisee, you need to budget for these potential training expenses. The FDD indicates that Third-Party Training may become part of Additional Training or Remedial Training after your business has commenced operations, so this is not just an initial cost but a potential ongoing expense.

Franchisees should be aware that these costs can accumulate quickly, especially if the training involves travel or extended stays. It is important to clarify with Expense Reduction Analysts the frequency, location, and estimated costs of any required Third-Party Training to accurately forecast your business expenses. Understanding these obligations is crucial for managing your franchise's financial health and profitability.
