What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, if the franchisee is an individual, they must attend and successfully complete the Foundational Training Program. If the franchisee is a business entity, they must have a Designated Principal attend the Foundational Training Program. Furthermore, a Practice Model Consultant must also attend and successfully complete the Foundational Training Program.

The Foundational Training Program is held in person at Expense Reduction Analysts' corporate headquarters in Kent, UK, or another designated location. The entire program consists of up to two weeks of training, including 12-15 hours of online training that must be completed remotely before any in-person training. Expense Reduction Analysts anticipates that training will be held every four to six weeks.

Successfully completing all phases of the Foundational Training Program is mandatory before performing approved products and services. Failure to do so, as determined by Expense Reduction Analysts, can lead to franchise termination. However, Expense Reduction Analysts has the right to offer remedial actions, such as additional training or employing supplemental personnel. If the franchisee does not accept the alternative course of action within the given time, Expense Reduction Analysts may terminate the Franchise Agreement.

One person may attend the Foundational Training Program at no charge. If an alternate Designated Principal is sent to any training, a training fee will be applied. If the franchise is later transferred to someone not previously trained, the applicable training fee will be charged. The franchisee is responsible for incidental costs such as lodging, travel, and meals for themselves, their Practice Model Consultants (if applicable), and their employees for any training offered. Expense Reduction Analysts will not compensate the franchisee or their employees for work performed during training.
