What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must operate their consulting business in accordance with the ERA Manuals, which Expense Reduction Analysts can amend or modify at any time to reflect changes in the System. Franchisees are required to keep the Manuals confidential and current, and they may not copy any part of the Manuals.

Expense Reduction Analysts requires franchisees to keep a copy of the Manuals at their Office Premises. In the event of a dispute regarding the contents of the Manuals, the master copy maintained at Expense Reduction Analysts' corporate headquarters will control.

This means that Expense Reduction Analysts has the right to update the Manuals, and franchisees are obligated to follow those updates. Failure to use the most current version of the Manuals could be a breach of the franchise agreement. Franchisees should regularly check for updates to the Manuals and ensure they are using the most current information in their business operations.
