How does Expense Reduction Analysts provide the list of Approved Suppliers to franchisees?

We have the right to require you to purchase any items or services necessary to operate your Consulting Business from a supplier that we approve or designate (each, an "Approved Supplier"), which may include us or our affiliate(s). We will provide you with a list of our Approved Suppliers in writing as part of the Manuals or otherwise in writing, and we may update or modify this list as we deem appropriate.
Currently, we have Approved Suppliers for certain items that you must purchase or license, as applicable, in connection with the establishment and/or operation of your Consulting Business, including without limitation: (i) the Centralized Billing Service; (ii) the Proprietary Software; (iii) other office computer software; (iv) email accounts and services including document signing services; (v) marketing materials; and (vi) certain portions of our ISMP program.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the list of approved suppliers is provided to franchisees in writing. This list is included as part of the Manuals or otherwise provided in writing. Expense Reduction Analysts retains the right to update or modify this list as they deem appropriate.
Currently, Expense Reduction Analysts has approved suppliers for specific items that franchisees must purchase or license to establish and operate their consulting business. These items include the Centralized Billing Service, Proprietary Software, other office computer software, email accounts and services (including document signing services), marketing materials, and certain portions of their ISMP program.
Expense Reduction Analysts also specifies that franchisees must operate their consulting business in strict accordance with the methods, standards, and specifications of their system. These standards are communicated in writing through confidential manuals and other proprietary guidelines. Expense Reduction Analysts may periodically change these standards and specifications, and franchisees are responsible for the costs associated with complying with any modifications to the system. Franchisees are only allowed to market, offer, sell, and provide approved products and services that meet Expense Reduction Analysts's system standards and specifications.
