Will Expense Reduction Analysts provide me with a copy of their confidential and proprietary Manuals?

We will provide you with access to, or otherwise loan you, one (1) copy of our confidential and proprietary Manuals. You must operate your Consulting Business in accordance with the Manuals and all applicable laws and regulations. The Manuals may be amended or modified by us at any time to reflect changes in the System. You must keep the Manuals confidential and current, and you may not copy any part of the Manuals. You are required to keep a copy of the Manuals at your Office Premises, and if there is a dispute relating to the contents of the Manuals, then the master copy (which we maintain at our corporate headquarters) will control. We reserve the right to disclose updates to the Manuals in writing in any manner, including electronic means such as e-mail, internal and external websites, and/or any intranet or extranet that we establish in connection with the System. We will arrange for you to review our Manuals in the presence of our employee or agent at a mutually convenient time at a location we designate before you enter into a Franchise Agreement. If you elect to review our Manuals before executing a Franchise Agreement, we reserve the right to require you to execute our prescribed form of non-disclosure agreement as a precondition thereto.

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, they will provide you with access to one copy of their confidential and proprietary Manuals. As a franchisee, you must operate your consulting business according to the guidelines outlined in the manuals, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Expense Reduction Analysts may modify the manuals at any time to reflect changes in the system.
You are responsible for keeping the manuals confidential, current, and secure, and you are not allowed to make any copies of the manuals. You must keep a copy of the manuals at your office premises. In the event of a dispute regarding the contents of the manuals, the master copy maintained at Expense Reduction Analysts' corporate headquarters will be the controlling document. Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to disclose updates to the manuals in writing through various means, including electronic methods like email, internal and external websites, or any intranet or extranet they establish for the system.
Before you sign a Franchise Agreement, Expense Reduction Analysts will arrange for you to review the manuals in the presence of their employee or agent at a mutually agreed-upon location. If you choose to review the manuals before signing the Franchise Agreement, Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to require you to sign their prescribed non-disclosure agreement as a precondition.
