According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, access to the ERA Management Information System is granted upon completion of the Foundational Training Program. Franchisees are obligated to use the designated ERA Management Information System throughout the term of their agreement and are expected to actively contribute data and information to the system, including details on clients, projects, tenders, case studies, statistics, testimonials, suppliers, expense categories, and industry reference materials.
Expense Reduction Analysts may modify the ERA Management Information System to reflect changes to the broader ERA System, and franchisees must adopt these changes within seven days of notification. Access to the ERA Management Information System can be suspended if a franchisee breaches the franchise agreement and fails to remedy the breach within the specified remedy period after notification from Expense Reduction Analysts.

Franchisees must take necessary precautions to maintain the confidentiality of this information. Access should only be granted to employees and subcontractors who require it for business operations, and Expense Reduction Analysts must receive the names and addresses of all individuals with access, along with a written confidentiality undertaking.
