If you are awarded a Regional Franchise, you will have the right and obligation to operate an ERA Group Consulting Business, utilizing the proprietary trademarks we designate now or designate/modify in the future (collectively, the "Marks"), as well as the proprietary and/or confidential operating methods, management information system, technology & tools and other intellectual property that we designate now or in the future for use in connection with our franchise network (collectively, the "System") developed by us and our principals/affiliates.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees operating a Regional Franchise are obligated to use the proprietary trademarks that Expense Reduction Analysts designates. These trademarks, referred to as the "Marks," may be designated or modified by Expense Reduction Analysts in the future.
In addition to the trademarks, franchisees must also utilize the proprietary and/or confidential operating methods, management information system, technology, tools, and other intellectual property that Expense Reduction Analysts designates for use within its franchise network. These elements are collectively known as the "System" and are developed by Expense Reduction Analysts and its principals/affiliates.
This means that as a franchisee, you are required to adhere to the branding and operational guidelines set by Expense Reduction Analysts, ensuring consistency across the franchise network. The franchisor has the right to modify these trademarks and systems, so franchisees must stay updated with any changes to remain compliant with the franchise agreement.
