What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, Expense Reduction Analysts or their designee will license the then-current form of their Proprietary Software to franchisees, which will allow access to and use of their administrative services. This is referenced in Section 11.9 and 18 of the Franchise Agreement.

This means that as a franchisee, you will be provided with the most up-to-date version of the software at the time of licensing. This ensures that you are operating with the latest tools and systems that Expense Reduction Analysts uses for its administrative services. It is important to note that Expense Reduction Analysts also has the right to develop, designate, and require the use of specific computer hardware and software.

Expense Reduction Analysts may also require franchisees to install updates, supplements, modifications, or enhancements to the Required Software at the franchisee's expense. Franchisees are responsible for maintaining their computer systems in good repair and installing any changes or replacements as directed by Expense Reduction Analysts in writing. This ensures that all franchisees are aligned with the current technology standards of Expense Reduction Analysts, but it also means that franchisees must be prepared for ongoing technology expenses to keep their systems current.
