What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts FDD, Expense Reduction Analysts retains the right to modify the Technology Fee amount or introduce new technology fees as updates are made to the ERA System's hardware, software, and other computer requirements. These changes may also occur if required by third-party vendors or regulatory agencies.

The Technology Fee covers the costs associated with maintaining necessary computer hardware and software, hosting, and other technology essential for operating an Expense Reduction Analysts business. This fee may be collected monthly, quarterly, or annually.

The specific process for communicating these changes is not explicitly detailed in this section. However, the FDD states that the franchisee will pay the technology fee in the amount outlined in Section 9 of the Data Sheet, or as otherwise set forth in writing by Expense Reduction Analysts. This implies that any changes to the Technology Fee will be communicated to the franchisee in writing.
