Who owns and controls the Expense Reduction Analysts System websites and domain names?

According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, Expense Reduction Analysts (and/or its affiliates) retains sole ownership and control of the System websites and domain names. As a franchisee, your access or connection to these websites and domain names is limited to the term of your Franchise Agreement.

Expense Reduction Analysts may establish and maintain a website to promote the Marks and/or the System, potentially including the contact information for your Consulting Business. However, you are generally prohibited from establishing or maintaining a separate website or online presence related to the Consulting Business without prior written approval from Expense Reduction Analysts. If you do receive approval for a website, Expense Reduction Analysts may require you to register them as the proprietor of the domain name.

This policy ensures that Expense Reduction Analysts maintains a consistent brand image and controls the information presented to the public. It also allows them to manage and monitor online activities related to the franchise system. As a franchisee, you must adhere to Expense Reduction Analysts' standards for email addresses and signatures, as outlined in the Manuals or specified in writing. You may request additional email accounts for your Consulting Business, but these will incur additional fees.
