Does Expense Reduction Analysts offer assistance in locating an office premises for my consulting business?

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Expense Reduction Analysts does not provide site selection assistance. Specifically, Expense Reduction Analysts will not assist in locating an Office Premises or negotiating the purchase or lease of a site for your Consulting Business.

However, the FDD does state that franchisees do not have to obtain approval of an office premises if they operate from a home office. Expense Reduction Analysts may permit or require a franchisee to operate their consulting business from a separate office space if their primary residence is not located within the Area, if Expense Reduction Analysts determines that the franchisee is not operating their Consulting Business in a professional and organized manner from their home office, or if the franchisee submits a request in writing to operate their Consulting Business from an existing business office or a separately leased office space that meets Expense Reduction Analysts' standards. Expense Reduction Analysts retains the right to review, inspect, and approve any proposed rented office space.

Franchisees cannot relocate their office premises without prior written consent from Expense Reduction Analysts. If a franchisee chooses to install signage at the Office Premises, Expense Reduction Analysts has the right to approve or disapprove the design and location of such signage.
