  1. We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to develop, designate and/or otherwise approve a Central Billing Service for use in connection with the franchise System. If we designate a Centralized Billing Service (Section 6.1 of the Franchise Agreement)

If the Centralized Billing Service is adopted, all payments made by your clients in connection with your Consulting Business are to be transferred directly to a bank account associated with the Centralized Billing Account, pursuant to such forms that we may require to you complete, as attached to the Franchise Agreement, or as set forth in the Manuals or in any other writing.
