We will grant you access to our Manuals. The Manuals contain our standards and methodologies for the business. We will revise the Manuals periodically to reflect the development of our business and will notify you of updated materials electronically via email or our internal or external websites and intranet. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, updates to the Expense Reduction Analysts manuals will be communicated to franchisees electronically. These updates may be sent via email, or posted on Expense Reduction Analysts' internal or external websites and intranet.
Expense Reduction Analysts requires franchisees to operate their consulting business in accordance with the current manuals and all applicable laws. Franchisees must also keep their manuals confidential and up-to-date, and maintain a copy of the manuals at their office premises. The master copy of the manuals, maintained at Expense Reduction Analysts' corporate headquarters, will control in the event of any dispute.
Prior to signing a franchise agreement, Expense Reduction Analysts will arrange for prospective franchisees to review the manuals in the presence of an employee or agent. Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to require prospective franchisees to sign a non-disclosure agreement before reviewing the manuals.
