For how long after opening my Expense Reduction Analysts business will I receive conference fee coverage?

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, new franchisees attending a conference in their first 12 months of business will have the conference fee covered for one person. Expense Reduction Analysts stipulates that the franchisee is responsible for covering all other costs of attendance, including but not limited to travel, hotel costs, food, and employee wages.

The conference fee coverage applies only to the fee for one person's attendance at the annual conference during the franchisee's first 12 months of operation. This provides a limited benefit to new franchisees, helping to offset some of the initial costs associated with attending the conference and networking with other franchisees and company representatives.

The FDD also states that the attendance fees may be adjusted annually based on any increase published in the CPI (Consumer Price Index). This means the exact conference fee covered could vary slightly from year to year, depending on inflation. Franchisees should factor in all additional expenses beyond the covered conference fee when budgeting for the annual conference.

Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to require franchisees and any other Practice Model Consultants of the ERA Business to attend this conference each year. Franchisees are solely responsible for all expenses incurred in attending the annual conference (including any employee wages). The franchisor reserves the right to require franchisees to pay the then-current conference fee prior to attending, which shall not exceed $1,500 per attendee, subject to CPI adjustment.
