What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, new franchisees are eligible for a conference fee waiver for a limited time. Specifically, for new franchisees attending a conference within their first 12 months of joining the franchise, Expense Reduction Analysts will cover the conference fee for one person.
This waiver can significantly reduce the initial costs associated with attending the annual conference, which Expense Reduction Analysts may require franchisees and their Practice Model Consultants to attend each year. The standard conference fee can be up to $1,500 per attendee, subject to Consumer Price Index (CPI) adjustments. Therefore, the waiver provides a notable benefit to new franchisees during their initial period with the franchise.
It is important to note that while Expense Reduction Analysts covers the conference fee for one person during the first 12 months, franchisees are still responsible for all other costs associated with attending the conference. These costs include travel, hotel accommodations, food, and employee wages. Franchisees should factor these additional expenses into their budget when planning to attend the annual conference.
