The Franchisor will loan, or otherwise provide You with access to, the ERA Manuals containing the confidential and mandatory specifications, standards and procedures prescribed from time to time by the Franchisor for the operation of an ERA Business and the maintenance of the ERA System. The ERA Manuals may be supplied as a hard copy or electronically. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Expense Reduction Analysts will loan or otherwise provide access to the ERA Manuals to franchisees. These manuals contain confidential and mandatory specifications, standards, and procedures for operating an ERA Business and maintaining the ERA System. The ERA Manuals can be supplied as a hard copy or electronically.
Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees must not make any copies of the ERA Manuals unless necessary to fulfill their obligations under the agreement. Franchisees are prohibited from copying, scanning, duplicating, recording, distributing, disseminating, or otherwise making the ERA Manuals available to any unauthorized person or entity without the franchisor's prior written consent.
Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees must comply with the ERA Manuals, which are considered part of the franchise agreement and incorporated by reference. Expense Reduction Analysts may add to, delete, or modify the information in the ERA Manuals to ensure ongoing improvements to the ERA System, and franchisees must adopt these changes in their business operations. Franchisees must also keep the ERA Manuals in a safe and secure place and return any superseded, replaced, or outdated copies to Expense Reduction Analysts upon request.
