What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Client Revenue Report for the preceding month will be issued on or before the Payment Date of each month. The Payment Date is fixed on the 10th day of each calendar month, or the next business day if the 10th falls on a non-business day.

This report details the Net Cumulative Receipts received for that month and any amounts deducted by Expense Reduction Analysts, such as Royalty Fees and Marketing Fund Contributions, as per Section 6.1(4) of the agreement. These deductions may also include amounts due to Joint Venture partners, as indicated on the project form within the ERA Management Information System (ERA EMS/Dynamics).

To ensure the accuracy of the Client Revenue Report, Expense Reduction Analysts requires franchisees to provide any reasonably required information. This ensures that Expense Reduction Analysts can accurately calculate and report the franchisee's earnings and deductions. Franchisees should be diligent in providing this information to avoid delays or inaccuracies in their reports and payments.

It is important to note that the Royalty Fee will be offset against the franchisee's Minimum Royalty Fee, with the reconciliation period being the Year. This centralized billing service is provided free of charge to the franchisee, but its adoption is at the discretion of Expense Reduction Analysts.
