What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, a new franchisee must complete all initial training prior to opening and commencing business operations. The Initial Training Program has two components. The first component is Preparation and Pre-Learning, which must be completed before starting the second component, Foundational Training.

The Foundational Training Program must be attended and completed to the satisfaction of Expense Reduction Analysts prior to commencing business. This applies to both the franchisee and any Practice Model Consultants, if applicable. The Foundational Training Program will be conducted at a location or online as specified by Expense Reduction Analysts.

It is important to note that the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with attending the Foundational Training Program, including travel and accommodation expenses for both themselves and their Practice Model Consultants. Additionally, if a franchisee employs a Consulting Employee or transfers their Expense Reduction Analysts business to someone who has not successfully completed the Foundational Training, Expense Reduction Analysts will charge a training fee for that individual.
