What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee is generally not refundable. The standard initial franchise fee is $69,900, which must be paid in U.S. funds when signing the Franchise Agreement.

There is an exception for veterans participating in the VetFran® initiative, who receive a $5,000 discount on the initial franchise fee. However, even with this discount, the initial fee remains non-refundable.

This non-refundable policy is a standard practice in franchising, as the fee covers Expense Reduction Analysts' initial costs in setting up the franchisee, providing training, and granting access to their systems and brand. Prospective franchisees should be aware of this policy and carefully consider their decision before signing the Franchise Agreement, as the initial fee will not be returned if they later decide not to proceed with the franchise.
