Are Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees' SpendVue fees reimbursable, and if so, from what source?

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, SpendVue fees may be reimbursable to the franchisee. The document states that SpendVue fees may be reimbursable from the franchisee's Marketing Fund Contribution.

The franchisee is required to pay SpendVue Fees to Expense Reduction Analysts or its nominee, which is currently 1.5% of the Net Cumulative Receipts. This sum is paid whenever the client pays the project fees. If a prospective client does not engage the franchisee's services, no fees are charged for using SpendVue in the client engagement process.

The franchisee is also obligated to contribute to the Marketing Fund, which is 3% of the Net Cumulative Receipts for the preceding month. The franchisor may deduct the royalty fee payable by the franchisee before remitting the balance of the Net Cumulative Receipts to the franchisee if the franchisor provides the Centralized Billing Service.
