When are Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees required to pay the SpendVue fees?

- SpendVue Fees. SpendVue is proprietary software owned by franchisor and required to be used in all projects. SpendVue assists the presentation of the benefit of franchisee's expense reduction offering to its clients. The charge is currently 1.5% of the Net Cumulative Receipts which sum is paid to Franchisor whenever the client pays the project fees. If the prospective client does not engage franchisee's services, no fees will be charged to franchisee for using SpendVue in the client engagement process. Your SpendVue Fees paid may be reimbursable from your Marketing Fund Contributions. We may develop or substitute other cost intelligence assessment tools and or proprietary products for use in your Consulting Business, including private-label products that bear our Marks. If we update or replace SpendVue you will be required to use and pay fees for any such alternate product(s).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, SpendVue fees are due whenever a client pays the project fees. SpendVue is Expense Reduction Analysts' proprietary software that franchisees must use for all projects. This software assists in presenting the benefits of the franchisee's expense reduction offerings to clients.
The SpendVue fee is currently 1.5% of the Net Cumulative Receipts. Net Cumulative Receipts are defined as Gross Revenue less any fees that the franchisee agrees to pay in connection with any joint venture agreement with another Expense Reduction Analysts franchisee.
If a prospective client does not engage the Expense Reduction Analysts franchisee's services, the franchisee will not be charged any fees for using SpendVue during the client engagement process. The FDD also notes that Expense Reduction Analysts may develop or substitute other cost intelligence assessment tools or proprietary products for use in the Consulting Business, and franchisees will be required to use and pay fees for any such alternate products.
