F. Annual Conference/Regional Meetings
We may hold, and require you, your Designated Principal, and/or your Practice Model Consultants to attend, an annual conference each year to provide updates, offer continuing education, and encourage discussion of topics of importance to the ERA Group franchise network. You must pay the registration fee, which will not exceed $1,500 per person per event (subject to CPI adjustments). (Section 12.2 of the Franchise Agreement). For new franchisees attending a conference in their first 12 months we will cover the fee for one person attending the conference. You must pay Your own Costs in attending those meetings and conferences attendance including but not limited to travel, hotel costs, food and employee wages.
In addition, you must attend at least 75% of the regional meetings, if any, called by your Area Representative or Support Center each year. You will not be asked to attend more than twelve meetings a year. Further information is available und

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual conference is required for franchisees, their Designated Principal, and/or their Practice Model Consultants. The annual conference provides updates, continuing education, and encourages discussion of important topics within the Expense Reduction Analysts franchise network.
Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees are responsible for paying a registration fee to attend the annual conference, which will not exceed $1,500 per person per event, though this fee is subject to CPI adjustments. However, for new franchisees attending a conference in their first 12 months, Expense Reduction Analysts will cover the fee for one person. Franchisees are also responsible for covering their own costs, including travel, hotel, food, and employee wages, associated with attending the meetings and conferences.
In addition to the annual conference, Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees must attend at least 75% of regional meetings, if any, called by their Area Representative or Support Center each year. Franchisees will not be required to attend more than twelve regional meetings annually.
