What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, changes to the additional charges for IT user accounts, which are part of the Technology Fees, will be formally communicated to franchisees. These fees cover costs for Microsoft Power BI, Dynamics 365, MS Teams Audio conferencing software, and MS Teams Premium.
Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to change the amount of the Technology Fee or incorporate additional technology fees as changes are made to the System's hardware, software and other computer requirements or as required by the third-party vendor(s) or by any regulatory agency. The license fees associated are included in the current Technology Fee as of the Issuance Date.
In general, Expense Reduction Analysts may adjust several fees annually, including the Technology Fee, to account for increases in the Consumer Price Index (CPI). These adjustments will always be increases, not decreases, and will be measured through the prior Fiscal Year End (FYE) but may be implemented immediately effective each first day of April or any later date that Expense Reduction Analysts may choose. If no adjustment is made in any year, the next increase may reflect all increases since the base year.
