According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is not required to pay the applicable Training Fee for Additional Training under specific circumstances. Expense Reduction Analysts will not require the franchisee to pay the training fee if the Additional Training is required by Expense Reduction Analysts under Section 12.2 of the agreement. Additionally, the training fee is waived if the services are provided remotely or online, or for meetings that the franchisee is required to attend at Expense Reduction Analysts' support center. However, the franchisee remains responsible for covering the costs and expenses incurred by themselves and their designated personnel attending such training, which may occur at a training facility designated by Expense Reduction Analysts.
