required to pay the applicable Training Fee for those that attend the Third-Party Training; and (ii) responsible for the costs and expenses associated with You and any other required trainees attending such training. Once Your ERA Business is open and has commenced operations, the Franchisor will have the right to make Third-Party Training part of any Additional Training or Remedial Training that the Franchisor may require under Section 12.2 of this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual conference may be required. The FDD states that Expense Reduction Analysts may establish and conduct an annual conference for all franchisees and may require the franchisee and any other Practice Model Consultants of the Expense Reduction Analysts business to attend each year.

Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to require the franchisee to pay a conference fee before attending, which will not exceed $1,500 per attendee, subject to CPI adjustment. For new franchisees attending a conference in their first 12 months, Expense Reduction Analysts will cover the fee for one person attending the conference.
