What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as a franchisee, you are generally prohibited from receiving any benefits from suppliers without prior written approval from Expense Reduction Analysts. This includes direct or indirect benefits such as gifts, kickbacks, special treatment, or compensation.
This restriction ensures that franchisees act in the best interest of their clients and the Expense Reduction Analysts system, rather than being influenced by supplier incentives. It helps maintain the integrity and objectivity of the cost reduction and supplier relationship management services offered by Expense Reduction Analysts.
If a franchisee receives any complaints from suppliers, they must immediately notify Expense Reduction Analysts in writing. Expense Reduction Analysts may nominate certain suppliers as Recommended Suppliers, and franchisees are permitted to use or recommend these suppliers to clients.
