We may conduct periodic quality assurance inspections of your Consulting Businessincluding your books and records, your tax returns, your computer and other electronic records in any medium, during normal business hours. You will cooperate with our representatives during inspections including providing any and all passwords and access keys as necessary to allow a full and complete inspection of all records stored in any electronic media.
