What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee of $69,900 is payable in a single lump sum to ERA Group at the signing of the Franchise Agreement. This fee is generally non-refundable, although Expense Reduction Analysts offers a discount of $5,000 off the initial franchise fee for VetFran® qualified veterans.
Other fees payable to Expense Reduction Analysts, such as the Royalty Fee, Marketing Fund Contribution, and SpendVue Fees, may be collected via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) from a designated bank account. However, Expense Reduction Analysts can request that payments described in Item 6 of the FDD be made by bank or certified check.
Prospective franchisees should note that the initial franchise fee is a significant upfront investment. Franchisees should also be prepared to establish an EFT account and authorize withdrawals for ongoing fees, but also be ready to pay via bank or certified check upon request.
