What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may incur costs for additional training. If Expense Reduction Analysts provides additional training or on-site assistance at the franchisee's written request, the franchisee must pay the applicable training fee for each trainer provided.
In addition to the training fee, the franchisee is also responsible for covering the costs and expenses that the Expense Reduction Analysts personnel incur while providing the training. This would likely include travel, accommodation, and potentially other related expenses.
However, Expense Reduction Analysts will not charge a fee if the additional training services are provided remotely or for meetings at the franchisor's support centers. This provides a potential cost-saving alternative for franchisees seeking additional training or assistance.
