required to pay the applicable Training Fee for those that attend the Third-Party Training; and (ii) responsible for the costs and expenses associated with You and any other required trainees attending such training. Once Your ERA Business is open and has commenced operations, the Franchisor will have the right to make Third-Party Training part of any Additional Training or Remedial Training that the Franchisor may require under Section 12.2 of this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts FDD, franchisees are responsible for all expenses incurred while attending the annual conference. These expenses include travel, hotel costs, food, and employee wages.
Expense Reduction Analysts may require franchisees and their Practice Model Consultants to attend the annual conference each year. In addition to covering the costs mentioned above, Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to charge a conference fee, not exceeding $1,500 per attendee, which is subject to CPI adjustment.
However, there is an exception for new franchisees. Expense Reduction Analysts will cover the conference fee for one person attending the conference during the franchisee's first 12 months of operation. Despite this, the franchisee remains responsible for all other costs, such as travel, lodging, meals, and wages for any employees attending the conference.
