What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor will provide continuing consultation and advice as they deem necessary and appropriate regarding the management and operation of the Consulting Practice. This assistance will be provided directly or indirectly through an Area Representative, if applicable. The method of assistance is at Expense Reduction Analysts' sole discretion and may include telephone, facsimile, online portal, and intranet communication.
If a franchisee requests on-site assistance, Expense Reduction Analysts will provide it subject to the availability of their personnel. However, this on-site assistance is not free. The franchisee will be charged Expense Reduction Analysts' then-current rate, plus travel, lodging, meal, and salary costs associated with providing the on-site service.
It is important for prospective franchisees to understand that the provision of continuing consultation and advice is at the discretion of Expense Reduction Analysts. While they commit to providing support, the specific type and frequency of that support are not guaranteed and may depend on the franchisee's location and the availability of personnel. Franchisees should factor in the potential costs of on-site assistance if they anticipate needing more hands-on support.
