In this Disclosure Document, we will, at times, refer to a franchised Consulting Business as a "Regional Franchise," and will, at times, refer to those that own a Consulting Business as a "Regional Franchisee."
We do not currently intend to continue offering and selling Area Representative Franchises. The owner of an Area Representative Franchise will, at times, be referred to as an "Area Representative" in this Disclosure Document. Area Representatives may, but need not, invite Regional Franchisees to work with them on projects and act as a resource for the Regional Franchisees. As of December 31, 2023, we have 6 Area Representative Franchisees operating 5 outlets (of which one Area outlet is company owned) and 144 Regional Franchisees.

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, as of December 31, 2023, there were 144 Regional Franchisees operating. In addition to Regional Franchisees, Expense Reduction Analysts also had 6 Area Representative Franchisees operating 5 outlets, with one of the outlets being company-owned. Expense Reduction Analysts refers to franchised Consulting Businesses as "Regional Franchises," and those who own them as "Regional Franchisees."
Expense Reduction Analysts began offering franchises for Consulting Businesses in November 2002. The company no longer intends to offer and sell Area Representative Franchises. Area Representatives may invite Regional Franchisees to work with them on projects and act as a resource for the Regional Franchisees.
Prospective franchisees should note the distinction between Regional Franchisees and Area Representatives, as their roles and the availability of Area Representative franchises are different. Understanding the current number of operating franchisees in each category can provide insight into the structure and focus of the Expense Reduction Analysts franchise system.
