We do not currently intend to continue offering and selling Area Representative Franchises. The owner of an Area Representative Franchise will, at times, be referred to as an "Area Representative" in this Disclosure Document. Area Representatives may, but need not, invite Regional Franchisees to work with them on projects and act as a resource for the Regional Franchisees. As of December 31, 2023, we have 6 Area Representative Franchisees operating 5 outlets (of which one Area outlet is company owned) and 144 Regional Franchisees.

According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, Expense Reduction Analysts does not currently intend to continue offering and selling Area Representative Franchises. However, they have offered these franchises since November 2002. Up until 2018, Area Representatives were previously referred to as "Area Developers."
As of December 31, 2023, there were 6 Area Representative Franchisees operating 5 outlets, one of which is company-owned, and 144 Regional Franchisees. The FDD notes that Area Representatives may invite Regional Franchisees to work with them on projects and act as a resource for the Regional Franchisees.
While Expense Reduction Analysts is not actively seeking new Area Representative Franchisees, the existing Area Representatives play a role in the franchise system by potentially collaborating with and supporting Regional Franchisees. This suggests that the company may still value the contributions of its current Area Representatives, even if it is not expanding that aspect of its franchise model.
