What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs and expenses associated with Remedial Training. Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to charge a training fee for any Remedial Training provided to the franchisee or their personnel. In addition to this training fee, the franchisee must cover all costs and expenses incurred by Expense Reduction Analysts and its personnel in providing the Remedial Training.
Remedial Training may be required if the franchisee or their personnel fail to sufficiently complete the Foundational Training Program or any required Additional Training. It may also be required if the franchisee fails to operate the business according to the terms of the franchise agreement, after receiving written notice of such failure from Expense Reduction Analysts.
This means that if Expense Reduction Analysts determines that a franchisee needs Remedial Training, the franchisee will not only have to pay for their own travel and accommodation, but also potentially the training fee and the expenses incurred by Expense Reduction Analysts' personnel to provide that training. This could represent a significant unexpected cost for the franchisee, especially if the need for Remedial Training arises from a failure to adhere to the franchise agreement.
