4.2 Other Services and Assistance
- (1) The Franchisor may, from time to time (although is not obligated to), provide such other services and support as it may reasonably determine, including, but not limited to:
- (a) Centralized Billing Services in accordance with Section 6. If provided, this service is free of charge; and
- (b) general management and administrative services as it may reasonably determine. The Franchisor reserves the right to charge a fee based on its current standard (hourly) rates for any such services provided to You (i) at Your request, (ii) as part of any curative action You must take to cure a default hereunder, and/or (iii) if such services are provided to You within Your Area.
- (2) Where reasonably requested by You, the Franchisor may provide assistance to resolve specific issues relating to the operation of the ERA Business, as it deems appropriate in its discretion. The Franchisor reserves the right to charge a fee based on its then current standard (hourly) rates for any such assistance provided to You.
- (3) The Franchisor may, as it deems appropriate in its discretion, develop additional and/or refresher training courses, and require You, Your management, and/or Your Practice Model Consultants to attend such courses. The Franchisor may reasonably require You and Your designated attendees approved by the Franchisor to pay its then-current training tuition fee in connection with attending additional and/or refresher training (in addition to Your obligation to pay for any expenses incurred).
- (4) Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Franchisor will not charge a fee if such services are being provided to You remotely or for meetings that You are required to attend at the Franchisor's support centers.

According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, while the standard agreement itself isn't quoted, the FDD does address the provision of other services and assistance. Expense Reduction Analysts may, but is not obligated to, provide other services and support. This includes general management and administrative services as it may reasonably determine.
Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to charge a fee based on its current standard (hourly) rates for any such services provided to the franchisee at the franchisee's request, as part of any curative action the franchisee must take to cure a default, and/or if such services are provided to the franchisee within their area. Expense Reduction Analysts may provide assistance to resolve specific issues relating to the operation of the Expense Reduction Analysts Business, as it deems appropriate in its discretion, and reserves the right to charge a fee based on its then current standard (hourly) rates for any such assistance provided.
Expense Reduction Analysts may develop additional and/or refresher training courses, and require the franchisee, their management, and/or their Practice Model Consultants to attend such courses. The franchisee and their designated attendees approved by Expense Reduction Analysts may be required to pay its then-current training tuition fee in connection with attending additional and/or refresher training, in addition to the obligation to pay for any expenses incurred. However, Expense Reduction Analysts will not charge a fee if such services are being provided remotely or for meetings that the franchisee is required to attend at Expense Reduction Analysts' support centers.
It is important for a prospective franchisee to understand under what circumstances Expense Reduction Analysts will provide assistance, whether that assistance is guaranteed or discretionary, and what fees may be associated with such assistance. This will help in budgeting and planning for the operation of the franchise.
