What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee is a business entity, they must have a Designated Principal attend the Foundational Training Program. This training is a mandatory part of becoming an Expense Reduction Analysts franchisee. The Designated Principal must faithfully attend and successfully complete all phases of the Foundational Training Program to the satisfaction of Expense Reduction Analysts before performing approved products and services. Failure to successfully complete any aspect of the training program may result in termination of the franchise agreement, although Expense Reduction Analysts has the right to offer remedial courses of action, such as additional training or employment of supplemental personnel.
The Foundational Training Program is held in person at Expense Reduction Analysts' corporate headquarters in Kent, UK, or any other location where they are currently holding Foundational Training. The entire training program consists of up to two weeks of training. This two-week period includes 12-15 hours of online training which must be completed remotely prior to any in-person training. Expense Reduction Analysts anticipates that training will be held every four to six weeks.
One person may attend the Foundational Training Program at no charge. If an alternate Designated Principal is sent to any training, the franchisee must pay the then-current Training Fee. The franchisee is responsible for covering the incidental costs, such as lodging, travel, and meals, for themselves, their Practice Model Consultants (if applicable), and their employees for any training offered. Expense Reduction Analysts will not pay the franchisee or their employees for any work performed during training.
