What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Brand Growth Partners (BGP) program is a trial program offered to existing or new qualifying franchisees who meet specific criteria. If franchisees meet the criteria and certain terms and conditions, they are preapproved to work with ERA Threshold Accounts. The BGP Program is not offered throughout the USA and is available to existing franchisees on a periodic basis as Expense Reduction Analysts determines. The qualifications for participation are subject to review.

This program provides an opportunity for franchisees to work with ERA Threshold Accounts, potentially increasing their business opportunities. However, participation is not guaranteed, as it depends on meeting Expense Reduction Analysts' criteria and the program's availability in the franchisee's area. The fact that the program is on a trial basis and subject to change means that its long-term availability and benefits are uncertain.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specific criteria for participating in the BGP program, its current availability in their desired area, and any potential changes to the program's terms and conditions. Understanding these factors is crucial for assessing the potential benefits and risks associated with the program.
