We will arrange for you to review our Manuals in the presence of our employee or agent at a mutually convenient time at a location we designate before you enter into a Franchise Agreement. If you elect to review our Manuals before executing a Franchise Agreement, we reserve the right to require you to execute our prescribed form of non-disclosure agreement as a precondition thereto.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts FDD, Expense Reduction Analysts will arrange for you to review their Manuals before you enter into a Franchise Agreement. This review will take place in the presence of an Expense Reduction Analysts employee or agent at a location they designate, scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Expense Reduction Analysts requires franchisees to operate their Consulting Business in accordance with the Manuals and all applicable laws and regulations. Expense Reduction Analysts retains the right to amend or modify the Manuals at any time to reflect changes in the System. Franchisees are responsible for keeping the Manuals confidential and current, and must not copy any part of them. A copy of the Manuals must be kept at the franchisee's Office Premises, and the master copy maintained at Expense Reduction Analysts' corporate headquarters will control in case of any dispute.
Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to require you to execute their prescribed form of non-disclosure agreement as a precondition to reviewing the Manuals before executing a Franchise Agreement.
