We will provide you with access to, or otherwise loan you, one (1) copy of our confidential and proprietary Manuals. You must operate your Consulting Business in accordance with the Manuals and all applicable laws and regulations. The Manuals may be amended or modified by us at any time to reflect changes in the System. You must keep the Manuals confidential and current, and you may not copy any part of the Manuals. You are required to keep a copy of the Manuals at your Office Premises, and if there is a dispute relating to the contents of the Manuals, then the master copy (which we maintain at our corporate headquarters) will control. We reserve the right to disclose updates to the Manuals in writing in any manner, including electronic means such as e-mail, internal and external websites, and/or any intranet or extranet that we establish in connection with the System. We will arrange for you to review our Manuals in the presence of our employee or agent at a mutually convenient time at a location we designate before you enter into a Franchise Agreement. If you elect to review our Manuals before executing a Franchise Agreement, we reserve the right to require you to execute our prescribed form of non-disclosure agreement as a precondition thereto.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts FDD, franchisees are not permitted to copy any part of the Expense Reduction Analysts Manuals. Expense Reduction Analysts will provide access to one copy of their confidential and proprietary manuals, which franchisees must keep confidential and current. Franchisees are required to operate their consulting business in accordance with the manuals and all applicable laws and regulations. Expense Reduction Analysts retains the right to amend or modify the manuals at any time to reflect changes in the system.
Expense Reduction Analysts requires franchisees to keep a copy of the manuals at their office premises, and the master copy maintained at the corporate headquarters will control in case of a dispute. Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to disclose updates to the manuals in writing through various electronic means, such as email, internal and external websites, or any intranet or extranet established in connection with the system.
Prospective franchisees can review the manuals in the presence of an Expense Reduction Analysts employee or agent at a designated location before entering into a Franchise Agreement. Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to require prospective franchisees to sign a non-disclosure agreement before reviewing the manuals. This ensures the confidentiality of Expense Reduction Analysts' proprietary information and operational standards.
