What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'EXIT System' or 'System' is defined as a collection of elements designed to benefit Exit franchisees and subfranchisors through brand name recognition in the market. This encompasses several components that contribute to the overall operation and branding of Exit franchises.

The Exit System includes the network of subfranchisors, franchisees, and their offices, as well as Broker Councils. It also incorporates the Training Manuals, Proprietary Marks, and national and local advertising programs that promote the Exit System and its marks. These elements are crucial for maintaining a consistent brand image and service quality across all Exit locations.

Furthermore, the Exit System includes training programs, meetings, written materials, standards, specifications, methods, techniques, and procedures used in operating both subfranchisor businesses and franchise offices. Exit retains the right to add or modify elements of the Exit System over time, ensuring that the system remains current and competitive. This comprehensive approach aims to provide franchisees with a well-defined framework for running their businesses while benefiting from the collective brand strength and resources of the Exit network.
