What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, it is mandatory for each sales representative to be sponsored into the Exit system. Sales representatives cannot sponsor themselves or each other. The sponsorship must be acknowledged and verified by each recruit in a manner satisfactory to Exit via Exit's online "Exit Associate Profile".
This process ensures that each new sales representative is properly integrated into the Exit system with a designated sponsor to guide them. The online verification through the Exit Associate Profile provides a formal record of the sponsorship, which is essential for tracking and administering sponsoring bonuses.
If a recruit is introduced to Exit by two sponsors, the sponsoring bonus will be split evenly between them. A recruit cannot have more than two sponsors. If no sponsor is provided and acknowledged in writing by the recruit, the franchise where the recruit is registered will be named the sponsor. This ensures that every sales representative has a sponsor, even if they do not explicitly name one themselves.
Exit, as the franchisor, is responsible for paying all sponsoring bonuses throughout the Exit system. This bonus structure continues as long as both the sponsor and the recruit remain licensed or employed within the Exit system, or until they enter the Exit Part-time and Retirement Program or the Exit Beneficiary Program.
