What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Exit Realty Upper Midwest and Exit have obligations to franchisees after they open their franchise. One of these obligations is to periodically train the franchisee and their management personnel. This obligation is further detailed in Section 9 of the Franchise Agreement.

This means that as an Exit franchisee, you can expect to receive ongoing training and support for yourself and your management team. This is a benefit as it helps ensure that you and your team stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and Exit's operating procedures. Ongoing training can improve the performance of your franchise and help you maintain a competitive edge in the real estate market.

While Exit commits to providing periodic training, the FDD does not specify the frequency, content, or format of this training. As a prospective franchisee, it would be prudent to discuss the specifics of the ongoing training program with Exit to understand the extent and nature of the support you can expect to receive.
