What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Exit will provide new information and techniques to franchisees through EXIT Realty Upper Midwest via confidential Training Manuals. These manuals are designed to help franchisees improve and further develop the Exit System.
The Exit System itself is designed to enable independently owned real estate brokerage offices to benefit from brand name identification and compete more effectively in the real estate industry. The Exit System includes various components such as trade names, service marks, trademarks, logos, advertising and commercials for print and electronic media, training programs for subfranchisors and franchisees, manuals, and a referral program for real estate listings and buyers. It also includes programs for national advertising and promotional campaigns.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that Exit aims to provide ongoing support and updates to help them stay competitive in the real estate market. The Training Manuals will likely contain proprietary information and techniques that are specific to the Exit System. Franchisees should ensure they understand the content of these manuals and how to effectively implement the strategies and techniques described within them to maximize their success as an Exit franchisee.
