What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Sponsoring Bonuses for Exit associates are typically paid via electronic funds transfer. However, if an associate does not elect to receive the bonus electronically, the payment will be processed differently.

Specifically, if the Company Development Fee is not received electronically, or if the associate chooses not to receive the Sponsoring Bonus electronically, the corresponding Sponsoring Bonus will be paid out within 30 days. This contrasts with the standard electronic payment, which is typically processed within seven days.

This difference in payout time is important for Exit associates to consider. Choosing not to receive electronic payments means waiting longer to receive the Sponsoring Bonus. This could affect financial planning and cash flow for the associate. It is also important to note that the Sponsoring Bonus is paid by Exit after the Company Development Fee for the recruit is received by Exit.
