What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for collecting and paying the annual membership fees of their Exit Associates. The franchisee must pay Exit immediately after a new Sales Representative or Exit Associate Agreement is signed, and then annually on July 1st.

Acceptable payment methods from the franchisee to Exit include electronic funds transfer or a check from the franchise. However, Exit Associates have the option to pay their annual membership dues directly online using VISA or MasterCard on the July 1st renewal date. Personal checks are not accepted for any payments.

Late payments are subject to a $50 fee if the amount due is not paid within seven days of the due date. This highlights the importance of franchisees managing and remitting these payments promptly to avoid incurring additional charges. The franchisor also reserves the right to deduct the Annual Membership from any Sponsoring Bonuses, Retirement Benefits and awards payments, whenever necessary.
