What This Means (2025 FDD)

The 2025 Exit Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) does not explicitly state that a sample Sales Representative Agreement is included as an exhibit. However, the FDD does mention the existence and importance of the EXIT Sales Representative Agreement. Franchisees are required to maintain a written Sales Representative Agreement with each of their sales representatives, and this agreement must be in a form approved by the Subfranchisor or EXIT. Franchisees must also provide the Subfranchisor and Franchisor with the version of the Sales Representative Agreement they are using in their office.

Furthermore, the FDD states that all sales associates must acknowledge and sign a standard working agreement known as the EXIT Sales Representative Agreement. The terms set forth in this agreement are valid unless changes are approved in writing by both parties. The policy manual is designed to complement the agreement and may be included as an exhibit. The EXIT Formula also forms an exhibit to the EXIT Sales Representative Agreement.

While the FDD emphasizes the necessity of using an approved Sales Representative Agreement and its connection to other documents, it does not confirm whether a sample agreement is provided as an exhibit within the FDD itself. A prospective franchisee should confirm with Exit whether a sample agreement is included in the FDD or if it is provided separately during the onboarding process.
