According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, details regarding the brand's logo and signage standards are available in two primary locations. First, the EXIT Logo and Signage Standards can be found on the Resource Center. These standards are subject to amendments made by Exit. Second, the table of contents in Item 23 references section 3.5, titled "LOGOS AND SIGNAGE STANDARDS" on page 59.

As a sales representative, your privilege to use Exit's trademarks, including logos and signage, is contingent upon your adherence to these standards. This includes using the marks on business cards, letterheads, yard signs, and other real estate materials approved by Exit. You must also adhere to professional performance standards and service quality controls set by Exit or its subfranchisor.

Furthermore, Exit requires written approval before a sales representative secures any web domain name that incorporates the Exit name. The domain names are not permitted to have derogatory expressions, nor may they represent the Sales Representative as having greater rights to the use of the name than they are permitted in the day-to-day business of selling real property.

As a franchisee, you must obtain advance written approval from the subfranchisor for the total appearance of the trade name and logo incorporating your name or other identifying words. This ensures that all franchisees maintain uniform standards of quality and service, protecting the reputation and goodwill of Exit.
