What is the fifth step Exit takes to build strong real estate agents?
Exit Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
Our company exists to build strong real estate agents, and to make them successful. We believe that by working first to strengthen each agent the team will be more productive and successful. We don't believe MORE is better; we believe BETTER is better. We do this in five simple ways:
-
- We provide the tools for each agent, rookie or veteran, to become thoroughly trained in successful real estate sales.
-
- We help each agent brand themselves then show them how to market their brand to the community to get more leads.
-
- We seek out the latest technology tools available in real estate then teach each agent how to use them.
-
- We have built a team that is supportive and fun. We enjoy, mentor, and encourage each other much like a family would do.
-
- We then expose our agents to a plan to make over 100%, to build their own business with passive and residual income to create financial security.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company focuses on building strong real estate agents through a five-step process. The fifth step involves exposing agents to a plan that allows them to make over 100%, build their own business with passive and residual income, and create financial security. This step is designed to provide agents with the opportunity to achieve long-term financial stability and wealth accumulation beyond their immediate sales earnings.
This approach highlights Exit's commitment to not only enhancing the agents' current income but also equipping them with strategies for future financial well-being. By focusing on passive and residual income streams, Exit aims to empower agents to create a sustainable business model that extends beyond traditional real estate sales. This can be a significant draw for prospective agents looking for a franchise that prioritizes their long-term financial success.
For a prospective franchisee, this indicates that Exit places a strong emphasis on the financial growth and security of its agents. Understanding the specifics of the plan that allows agents to make over 100% and build passive income streams would be a crucial area of inquiry for anyone considering joining the Exit franchise system. This unique approach to agent compensation and business development could be a key differentiator for Exit compared to other real estate franchises.
