ETHICS
This Company abides by the Code of Ethics or similar title and complies with the Name of applicable Act. We are a service-oriented Company and have built our reputation by fair dealings and by serving the public to the best of our ability. It is imperative for all those who are associated with us that they conduct their sales activities with the highest regard for and application of sound ethics, honesty, and integrity. Everyone who is part of this Company has this mandate and is therefore invited to submit suggestions for improvement of our procedures, policies, and office operations to management on an on-going basis. If a problem should arise with a fellow Agent, please discuss the problem with your Manager in private and refrain from involving other Agents in the problem.

According to Exit's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company places a high priority on ethical conduct for all individuals associated with the brand. The company emphasizes that it has built its reputation on fair dealings and serving the public to the best of its ability. Therefore, Exit expects all associates to conduct their sales activities with the highest regard for and application of sound ethics, honesty, and integrity.
Exit encourages individuals to submit suggestions for improvement of procedures, policies, and office operations to management on an ongoing basis. If any problems arise with a fellow agent, Exit expects those issues to be discussed with the manager in private, without involving other agents in the problem.
Furthermore, Exit requires franchisees to maintain high ethical standards in their real estate service and to provide efficient, courteous, and high-quality service to the public. This is intended to create and maintain goodwill for the Exit system on an international basis. Sales Representatives also agree to do everything possible and required to protect and maintain the highest ethical standards in the conduct of Sales Representative's real estate business.
